Maintenance Training School

 


To help provide Schweizer 269 Series Helicopter owners with the best possible maintenance and service, Schweizer Aircraft operates a factory training school for maintenance personnel. The Schweizer Maintenance Training School provides training in maintenance, service and overhaul for all Model 269 Series Helicopters. The 300C/300CBi Maintenance Training classes are two weeks in duration, and provide 80 hours of classroom instruction and practical hands-on experience. The Transmission Overhaul class is one week in duration and provides a total of 40 hours of classroom and practical shop instruction. The 330/333 Maintenance Training class is one week in duration and carries a pre-requisite of a Certificate of Achievement from the 300C/300CBi School. Classes are open to both domestic and international students but instruction is given in English only.

NOTE: Course fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the first day of each class. Registration applications must be completed and submitted to Schweizer Aircraft in order to confirm a seat in each class. Tuition fees are subject to change without notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless a student withdraws from the class in writing 45 days prior to the first day of class. Fees may not be used as tuition payment for future classes. If a class is cancelled by Schweizer Aircraft, tuition fees will be held for the next class of your choice within 18 months or fees can be returned upon request. Schweizer Aircraft is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the registrant, nor associated with the cancellation of a class by Schweizer Aircraft.

The minimum class size is six for all classes. The maximum class size for any class is twelve students. Classes will only be held if the minimum number of students is enrolled.

Maintenance Training courses are offered in English, students not fluent in technical English should arrange for a translator.
