Customer Support Supervisor, Rick McFalls, has more than 30 years experience in the aviation industry, which began in the Air Force as a mechanic in Vietnam. He is an A&P/IA and his work experience includes an extensive background with helicopter repair stations as well as ten years as the Director of Maintenance of a FAR 145/135 helicopter company in Florida. Rick previously worked in the Schweizer Customer Service department from 1990-1993 and returned as a Customer Service Technical Representative in November 2004. He was promoted to Supervisor in that department in 2005.

 

Mary Backus

Mary’s previous aviation experience includes working as a military air traffic controller while in the Navy in California. As Spare Parts Sales and Warranty Administrator, Mary Backus has worn many hats at Schweizer. Hired in 1989 in Production Control, Mary has also worked in Product Support and Warranty and assumed her current position of Spare Sales and Warranty Administrator in 1991.

 

David Healey

David Healey’s aviation career started in 1978. Dave received his A&P license in 1983 from Embry Riddle and shortly after his I.A certificate. He currently holds pilot ratings in both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. In addition to working for large repair stations in the Northeast, he was also a maintenance supervisor for operators such as Malcolm Forbes and Donald Trump. In 1995, Dave opened Performance Aviation, Inc., and FAA 145 Certified Repair Station, which included a full service avionics department that supported single engine fixed wing, corporate jets, and variety of helicopters. Dave joined Schweizer Aircraft Corporation in November, 2005.


 

Debbie Anderson

Debbie Anderson has been a part of the Schweizer family for more than 15 years, working in Sales/Marketing and Customer Service. Today, Debbie functions as the Technical Publications Administrator and is in charge of all technical publications sales and subscription services as well as other book sales.

 

Michelle Putney

Michelle joined the Schweizer team in June 2007 as a Sales/ Marketing and Maintenance School Administrator. In addition to her responsibility for coordinating and supporting all aspects of the maintenance training school, Michelle provides backup support for warranty/spare parts. Michelle also oversees our trade shows and provides administrative support for the sales/marketing staff.
