Schweizer's diverse capabilities allow the company to do large and varied amounts of subcontract work. Schweizer currently manufactures or produces subcontract components and assemblies for some of the world's largest aerospace manufacturers.

    • Value-added Workscope: Rubber Press, Stretch Press, Form Die or Drop Hammer forming; CNC Routing; Close Tolerance Holes (Size or Location); SPC or Key Characteristic Requirements; Heat Treating or Multiple Finishing Operations;
    • Size: Length up to 12 feet (20 feet if Heat Treating is not required)

  • Machined Parts
    • Tolerances: Down to + 0.0001 inch
    • CNC Lathe Part Size: Up to 16" diameter x 28" length
    • CNC Machine Center Part Size: Up to 40" width x 60" length x 35" height

Assemblies

  • Type: Riveted, Mechanical, or Spot-Welded involving Machined Sheet Metal, or Composite Parts; and Electrical or Hydraulic Subassemblies
